1. How can I apply for the trainings?
You can submit your application request by filling out the Application–Pre-Registration Form available on the page of the training you are interested in.
2. Does pre-registration mean final registration?
No. Pre-registration only indicates your intention to participate in the training. Final registration is granted after quota and eligibility evaluation.
3. Which documents are required for final registration?
The required documents may vary depending on the type of training. All necessary documents are listed on the announcement page of the relevant training.
4. How can I make the payment?
You must deposit the training fee into the DPÜSEM bank account numbers provided on the website. Your final registration is completed once the payment receipt is submitted.
5. What happens if the quota is full?
When the quota is full, applicants are placed on a waiting list, and candidates are contacted in order if a spot becomes available.
6. How will I learn the training start date?
All candidates who complete their final registration will receive the training start date and class schedule via SMS/WhatsApp/e-mail.
7. Can I pay the training fee in installments?
No, installment payment options are not available for our trainings.
8. Are the trainings online or face-to-face?
The delivery mode of the training (online or face-to-face) is clearly stated on the announcement page of each training.
9. Can I cancel my registration or request a refund after final registration?
Before the training begins, cancellations/refunds may be considered if you submit a justified request to DPÜSEM. After the training has started, refunds are not provided.
10. How will I receive my certificate?
Once you successfully complete the training, your certificate or participation document will be issued through the system, and you will be informed accordingly.
