INSTITUTIONAL MISSION

To generate original, universally relevant knowledge in all fields in which our university conducts educational activities; to share this knowledge with all segments of society in line with the university’s strong sense of social responsibility; to promote the awareness of lifelong learning; to contribute to the development of a society equipped with the same knowledge and skills as the global community; to offer educational programmes accessible to individuals of all ages and professional backgrounds; and to respond to the country’s need for a qualified workforce.

To become a continuing education centre that, through innovative non-formal education programmes, successfully integrates the university with the city in lifelong learning; that provides education to all segments of society; that contributes to addressing educational, instructional and societal challenges; that offers training enabling participants to combine theoretical knowledge with practical skills; that delivers education without compromising the university’s ethical principles, quality standards and institutional norms; and that holds strong national and international recognition.
